Who will be my photographer?

Erich Aschenbrenner is the primary photographer and owner. He has been a professional photographer for over 12 years and will work with you every step of the way.

What if I'm nervous or anxious?

No worries! Most of the clients that walk into our studio have never been professionally photographed. Erich is an experienced photographer and will guide you through the entire process.

Do you have a Rep Program for teens and high school seniors?

Absolutely! Our VIP Reps are average guys and girls, not professional models. There are no height or weight requirements. Being a VIP Rep is loads of fun and a great opportunity for teens to do more shoots with a pro photographer. You will meet other local teens, and have fun small group photo shoots throughout the school year. Find out more on our VIP Reps page.

Do you have a studio?

Yes, we are a full service photo studio located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We’ve been photographing clients in the Cedar Rapids area for over twelve years.

How long will my photo session last?

This can depend on the type of photo shoot, but typically 2.5 to 3 hours. Some of that time might be changing outfits or traveling to different locations.

Who should I bring with me?

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them on their photo session.

Can I include my pet in my photo session?

We often allow pets in photo sessions. Please contact us ahead of your shoot to let us know you’d like to bring a pet and we will make arrangements.

What about hair and makeup?

We don’t currently provide hair and makeup as a service, but you are more than welcome to schedule your own hair and makeup artist and have them meet you at the studio to get ready before your shoot.

Do you photograph guys as well?

Yes, of course! We photograph of guys and showcase their interests. Activities from sports to musicians, to video games, to cars and more!

What if it's supposed to rain on my shoot date?

Weather changes all the time. As your shoot date approaches we’ll keep a close eye on the forecast. If the weather doesn’t work out we’ll contact you to re-schedule.

How soon will I see my images?

At the time we book your photo session we will also schedule a viewing and ordering appointment. This appointment is about a week from your shoot date depending on the studio schedule. At this meeting we will show you all of your final images and help you narrow them down to your favorites. We will also help you choose prints and products that fit your needs. Our print packages start at $500. We offer amazing products like hardcover albums, wall canvases, metal prints, and more.

How soon will I receive my order?

It generally takes 4-6 weeks to get your order back. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready and make arrangements to personally deliver it to your home.
